What is energy healing?
You go to therapy for your mind, a personal trainer or nutritionist for your body and you get energy healing for your energy body. I'm your cosmic BFF who guides you through the wild world of spirituality. As your spiritual energy guide, I'll be there to help you tap into your inner self and release energy chakra blockages. One day you'll be so intuitive that you won't even need me...that's the goal!

Why me?
I've been there and I'm still in it.
When I awakened in 2015, I had no idea where to start. Thankfully spirit divinely guided me to meditation and yoga practices, which have deeply supported my journey. It took me a long while to tap into my spiritual gifts because there was a big blockage in trusting my intuition due to my childhood upbringing where there was lots of fear and self-doubt. As a child of narcissistic parents, I developed empathy and intuition very fast (by the age of 3) as a means of survival and finding safety. As an adult, I am thankful for these special skills of intuition and empathy because they allow me to be a wonderful coach and healer.
I had my kundalini awakening in 2018 and over the years have received more and more confirmation that I'm on the twin flame journey. If you're on it too, I'm sending you lots of strength and healing energy. You're a spiritual warrior✨✨✨
Since 2020 I have awakened my dormant psychic gifts. I am a psychic medium who has access to clients' past lives, childhood/ancestral trauma and chakra blockages. I can easily connect to my clients' ancestors, inner child/inner teen, past lives and spirit team.
During the past 11 years I have learned so much about my body, mind, soul and spirit because of this beautiful journey. I have spent hours researching spiritual topics, healing my chakras, learning how to trust the Universe, tap into Source and connecting to the Akashic Records.
